We’re currently seeking a professional, hardworking individual to join our team as a Rental Sales Agent in Melbourne. This customer-facing role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Key responsibility:
- 5-star Customer Service.
- Communicate with customers via phone, and in person, extends to robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizing the day-to-day operations
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Promote and sell Budget products and services.
- Achieve Targets and KPIs.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, filing documents regarding rental agreements.
- Cleaning of the vehicles if required.
- Driving Vehicle is required.
- Preparation of daily, weekly and damage reports
- Maintain daily activity of fleet.
- Complete other job duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
Qualification:
- Our ideal candidates will have previous experience in Rental Car and Truck Industry but if you have an exceptional knowledge of vehicle maintenance and customer service and are confident that you can be productive in this role - We do want to hear from you.
- Applicants must hold a current driver’s license.
- Work a rotating roster that includes alternate weekends and Public Holidays.
- Basic computer skills with ability to learn.
- Ability to multi-task, monitor and organise business demands on daily basis.
