Project Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Water Reclamation Plant Solids Handling Upgrade Project. This project is a landmark community-focused development, and the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of delivery—from design through to commissioning and final handover.
The role involves leading end-to-end project delivery in accordance with contract and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering major infrastructure projects, particularly those related to water and wastewater management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Implementing project-specific health, safety, and environmental systems
* Managing cost control, procurement, and subcontractor performance
* Coordinating design, construction, commissioning, and client handover
* Maintaining accurate program timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including Coliban Water and local authorities
Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in delivering major infrastructure projects
* Proven experience managing water or wastewater-related projects valued at $20M+
* Familiarity with Victorian Water Authority Major Works or AS4300-1995 Head Contract conditions
* Strong leadership, planning, safety, and commercial management capabilities
