We’re now looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented Building Designer to join our collaborative team and support our design delivery pipeline across detached, terrace, and integrated housing.

What You’ll Do
* Prepare and manage high-quality design documentation across DA, CDC, and CC phases
* Translate concepts into working drawings, ensuring compliance with BCA, NCC, SEPP, LEP, and DCP
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (planning, construction, sales) to resolve technical issues early
* Liaise with councils and certifiers to support smooth approvals and compliance
* Maintain consistency across BIM libraries, templates, and drawing standards
* Work closely with the pre-construction team to meet project deadlines with precision

About You
* Certificate IV or relevant qualification in Building Design or Residential Drafting
* Proficient in Archicad (required); Revit experience highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of compliance documentation and Australian construction standards
* Demonstrated experience in residential design (e.g. detached homes, terraces, duplexes)
* High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally
