Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
* Accurately document customer needs and vehicle information
* Present service options and recommend additional services where appropriate
* Schedule appointments based on customer needs and workshop availability
* Liaise with technicians and keep customers updated throughout the service process
* Prepare quotes, process payments, and finalise invoices
* Manage warranty and contract maintenance claims
* Ensure all customer service matters are handled promptly and professionally
* Uphold company WHS policies and procedures
