The Role
As an Excavator Operator with Sacchi Contracting, you will play a vital role in ensuring our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a casual position with a view to becoming Full time dependant on work requirements.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years experience operating Excavators, with proven experience in safely digging around services and final trim.
* Experience operating skid steers is desirable but not essential.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Strong commitment to safety, team-oriented, and a solid work ethic.
* Sound understanding of Work Health and Safety Regulations, with experience in maintaining accurate records, including equipment usage logs, incident reports, pre-start checklists, and daily running sheets
* Open & unrestricted manual driver's license
* HR licence (minimum), HC licence preferred
* Excavator ticket
* Skid Steer ticket
* Construction White Card
* Certificate of Competency for operating heavy machinery
