As a Lead Analyst, Cyber Security Risk & Compliance, you will :
* Oversee the implementation and management of security controls, ensuring they are aligned with organisational objectives and industry standards
* Monitor and ensure compliance with cyber security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, addressing any gaps or non-compliance issues
* Play a key role in the investigation and resolution of security incidents, including conducting post-incident analysis and developing lessons learned
* Develop and update cyber security policies and procedures to reflect current best practices and regulatory changes
* Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on matters related to cyber security risk and compliance
* Contribute to the development of the organisation's cyber security strategy, driving continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful, you’ll have :
* Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
* Extensive experience and management expertise; or
* An equivalent combination of relevant experience and / or education / training
* Experience in cyber security risk management and compliance, with a deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies and industry standards
* Proven ability to lead complex risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies
