Job Description:
The Clinical Midwife Manager is responsible for providing clinical leadership, effective management, and ensuring standards of nursing/midwifery practice in the maternity area. The role involves monitoring patient care and outcomes to ensure safe and efficient service provision.
The position also oversees human, material, and financial management of resources within the area of responsibility, including KPIs and reporting requirements.
A key aspect of this role is facilitating a culturally capable service delivery based on a partnership approach with individuals, families, and communities to promote participation in their own healthcare.
