About Your Role
We are seeking a resilient and proactive Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of key projects across our business. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to complexity, and can confidently influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve project outcomes
* Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
* Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting requirements are met
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex projects
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
* Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Relevant qualification in Project Management or related discipline (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile)
