They currently require a Centre Manager to lead the operations of a recently developed, high-performing neighbourhood shopping centre in the Newcastle area, located in a strong growth corridor area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly for the property owner, take full ownership of the centre, and join a business committed to long-term asset performance and community connection.
The Role:
* Budgeting and forecasting for the centre, under the guidance of an Asset Manager
* Building strong relationships with the local community and stakeholders
* Initiating and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and retailers
* Identifying casual and pop-up leasing opportunities
* Financial management, including reporting and achieving performance targets
* Identifying opportunities for operational and cost efficiencies
* Overseeing day-to-day maintenance and repairs
* Managing contractors and service providers
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a shopping centre management team (Retail or Admin Managers encouraged to apply!)
* Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* A proactive approach and the ability to build lasting tenant and stakeholder relationships
