Business Development Manager Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our organization. As the key representative, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our dealer network across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard new dealerships into our ecosystem
* Manage relationships with dealers, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
* Grow the network by working with vendors and partners to unlock new opportunities and increase reach
* Develop strategy by providing market insights to our product and leadership teams
* Promote the benefits of partnering with us to dealers and secure their trust and buy-in
What We Are Looking For:
* 3-5 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or account management (auto marketplace/dealer experience highly beneficial)
* Strong understanding of the used car industry and dealer ecosystem
* Excellent relationship-building and commercial communication skills
* Confidence in presenting and negotiating with dealers
* Ability to bring existing dealer/vendor relationships and develop new ones
* Proven track record of successful onboarding and account growth
* Approachable, conversational, and solutions-focused mindset
