* Sorting and processing mail and parcels
* Delivering excellent customer service and sales transactions
* Assisting with mail lodgements and associate costs
* Promoting products and services through up-selling and cross-selling
* Building strong relationships with customers
You will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be able to lift up to 22 kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
* Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
* Fitness to perform physical tasks
