Role
Civeo Australia are looking for highly experienced FIFO Catering Managers (minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade Certificate) to join our WA Operations on a full-time basis to provide first-class service to our Camps across the WA network. These roles are FIFO and operate on an 8:6 roster flying from Perth airport.

Experience
- Proven track record in Mine Site Catering, hotel or restaurant background or related industry
- Demonstrated successful staff management experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in Chef Management in the service, hospitality or similar industry
- Experience in understanding and managing a Profit and Loss statement
- Experience in Menu development
- Experience with ISO, HACCP and other relevant quality standards
- Solid client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel
- Working knowledge of JDE and Triniteq; desirable but not essential
Skills And Knowledge
- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade certificate (NVQ/City & Guilds accepted)
- Applied knowledge of HACCP principles in bulk cooking
- Ability to create service schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Advanced knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Budgetary and analytical skills
- Knowledge of kitchen chemicals, including their application and storage
- Valid driver’s licence (Class C)
