The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is an iconic tourist destination and award-winning spa located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital, nestled in the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve near Daylesford, 90 minutes from Melbourne.
The Role
Tourism at Belgravia is a rapidly growing area of our business, currently consisting of 41 Holiday Parks, Boutique Luxury accommodation, Hot & Mineral Springs across Australia, with other developments in the pipeline. This role will encompass all Tourism brands within the organisation, with a key focus on wellness and hot springs in Australia.
The Marketing Manager Wellness & Tourism AU will report to the CMO, align with the GM of Wellness, and work closely with the Head of Guest Experience, Head of Digital, and Head of Communications. While focused on Hepburn Bathhouse, this role also includes future wellness opportunities at Belgravia Leisure.
Roles And Duties
This position aligns with our C.L.E.A.R values and reports to the CMO.
Customer Focused
* Manage Australian Tourism brand guidelines, ensuring local relevance both culturally and from a visitor experience perspective, aligning with business objectives.
* Develop and refine campaigns with the guest at their heart, aimed at increasing revenue, supported by PR where necessary.
* Build and implement the social media calendar across all key channels.
* Understand the customer guest journey on site and through pre-arrival, aligning marketing strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with the Head of Design to create high-quality creative assets in line with brand guidelines to engage core and secondary guests.
Leadership
* Line manage, mentor, and coach the Marketing Executive and Coordinator for BPro Parks.
* Work with the CMO and GM of Wellness to develop and execute domestic marketing strategies and international trade strategies.
Accountability
* Create and implement high-quality marketing materials, both digital and print, aligned with brand, product, vision, and strategy.
* Respond to strategic plans to drive visitation and secondary spend.
Results
* Collaborate with department leads to develop annual marketing strategies and campaigns, supporting each brand segment.
Excellence
* Continuously seek best practices, challenge current strategies, and ensure activities align with brand ethos and goals.
Experience Required
* Tertiary qualification in marketing or a similar field.
* Over 8 years of experience in the tourism marketing industry with a passion for the sector.
* Strong connections within the tourism industry regionally, nationally, and internationally.
* Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
* Passion for social media engagement.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Experience with digital marketing and website applications.
* Right to work full-time in Australia.
