We are seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to assist our client on a 3–6 month contract. You will support the finalisation of SMP contracts, assist with tender exercises, and gather information for upcoming studies. This role is ideal for a professional looking to apply their contract experience in a practical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Close out final accounts for SMP contracts
Support tender exercises and information gathering for upcoming studies
Assist with contract and commercial tasks as required
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide practical support
Contribute to cost efficiency and contract administration initiatives
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Legal (Construction Law), or a related discipline
Experience in contracts or procurement, ideally with SMP (Structural Mechanical Piping) contracts
Strong organisational and practical approach to contract administration
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and support project teams
Proficient in SAP or similar systems
Strong written and computer literacy skills

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
