This is a Permanent Part Time or Fixed Term Part Time appointment at 60.8 hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Casual appointments may also be considered.

Overview
The role is responsible for the administration of the Patient Assisted Travel Scheme (PATS) in accordance with PATS Policies and Guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support for the Patient Assisted Travel Scheme (PATS).
* Ensure compliance with PATS Policies and Guidelines.
* Coordinate administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner to support service delivery.
Eligibility to Apply / Requirements
* To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
* WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility. Policies require applicants to undertake a criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. You may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if required for the role) and a pre-employment health assessment.
* Reference checks may be conducted. Adverse information will be considered as part of the appointment process.
* Completion of satisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA) is required. Any offer of employment is conditional on satisfactory PEHA.
Other Information
* Selection activity may be used to fill other similar vacancies for up to twelve (12) months from the date of endorsement.
