Job Title: Field Research Officer
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision making by capturing the views and behaviors of Australians through face-to-face interviews.
* Conduct visits to assigned households, initiate conversations confidently, and build rapport with participants.
* Ensure accurate and informed consent, manage refusals and objections respectfully, and record observations as required.
* Implement structured interview protocols on various topics, adhering to safety and privacy guidelines.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to protocols throughout the research process.
* Plan your weekly schedule to meet agreed hours, including one weekend day.
* Availability of 20+ hours per week, including one weekend day.
* Current driver's license and reliable, registered vehicle.
* Fluent English and legal right to work in Australia.
* Willingness to obtain National Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
