Payroll Specialist & HR Generalist
You will join a team dedicated to supporting our games teams in creating engaging products for their audience. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the accounts payable function, encompassing requisition submissions, purchase order creation, invoice receipt, and payment requests through Workday.
* Reviewing and approving employee expense claims submitted via Workday.
* Processing weekly payment runs and off-cycle payments as necessary.
Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries, discrepancies, and payment-related issues. Issuing monthly advertising sales invoices to customers.
Maintaining accurate and organized records of accounts payable transactions.
Overseeing end-to-end payroll operations in a timely and accurate manner.
Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly resolving employee payroll-related queries.
Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities such as data analysis, record verification, and assistance with invoicing and file management.
