As the business continues to grow and expand its customer base, Brazzos is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to continue the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, strengthening digital presence, and driving customer engagement.
Job Description
Position: Marketing Coordinator
Daily tasks include:
* Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and customer traffic.
* Managing and developing digital marketing content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
* Creating marketing materials such as promotional graphics, menus, advertisements, and in-store visual communication.
* Coordinating the promotion of special offers, seasonal campaigns, and events to drive customer engagement and sales.
* Monitoring social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness to support marketing decisions and improve campaign performance.
* Conducting basic market and competitor analysis within the local hospitality and food service market to identify opportunities and trends.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree or higher qualification. Five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
* Strong social media management and content creation skills.
* Ability to create visual marketing materials and promotional content.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
Annual Salary: AUD $76,515 + superannuation
Proposed Hours of Work: 38 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
