 
        
        2+ years of experience as a sommelier in a fine dining environment.
Ability to confidently carry 3 plates.
Robust communication skills - enthusiastic about customer service and talking to guests.
Passionate about food, wine and cocktails.
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
A team player - invested in seeing yourself and your team succeed and grow.
Have full Australian working rights.
Available to work nights and weekends (closed every Sunday and Monday).

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
