About The Role
WorkPac are seeking a Vehicle Dispatch/ Allocator Officer to join their team. This role will focus on ensuring the safe and efficient allocation of resources across a fleet of 28 vehicles, assisting with scheduling, routing, and driver support while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor drivers progress and ensure runs are on schedule
* Check off drivers run sheets and complete daily reports
* Report and investigate missed services using system-based tools
* Complete fatigue compliance checks and audits
* Provide feedback to drivers and supervisors to improve safety
* Maintain vehicle standards through regular interior and exterior inspections
* Ensure operators comply with uniform and PPE requirements
* Liaise with customers and drivers to provide support where needed
Skills And Experience Required
* Previous experience in vehicle/fleet dispatch or scheduling
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively
* High attention to detail and problem-solving focus
* Strong commitment to health and safety
* Drivers licence and access to a vehicle (HR licence preferred but not mandatory)
* Must be able to pass Police check and Drug and Alcohol screen
