Reporting to the Chief Radiographer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of clerical and administrative functions, including supporting the contracted Radiology provider. Your responsibilities will include coordinating workflows, managing client appointments, supervising clerical staff, and providing essential statistical data to support efficient service delivery. About You We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional with strong leadership and administrative skills to manage the operations of the Medical Imaging Department. Excellent communication and customer service – High-level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and staff. Technical and regulatory knowledge – Familiarity with Radiology Management Systems (ESMI/RIS), Medicare billing, and relevant legislation such as the Radiation Protection Act and Privacy Act. Organisational and IT proficiency – Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and utilise Microsoft applications for efficient workflow management.
