About The Role
The successful candidate will coordinate the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of holistic clinical services and health promotion programs for Aboriginal communities. They will provide expert clinical knowledge and skills across all models of care for outpatient and community nursing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing effective services and client outcomes
* Providing leadership and supervision to the Aboriginal Health Team
* Ensuring delivery of safe care outcomes and upholding standards of nursing and midwifery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Advanced ability to apply expert clinical knowledge and skills
* Ability and experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
* Skills and experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation
* Knowledge of legislative obligations for Nursing and Midwifery
