Job Description
As a Service Delivery Team Leader, you will support and develop a large team of community workers who provide a wide range of in‐home services to aged‐care clients across the Adelaide metropolitan area. The role is based in the region and involves significant travel with the team, with occasional office work in Keswick.
Responsibilities
* Provide coaching, leadership, and direction to the team to achieve exceptional client service.
* Recruit, induct, and conduct buddy runs for new Care Workers and manage payroll, timesheets, and invoices.
* Mentor team members to drive positive change and ensure compliance is maintained throughout the team.
* Work closely with Human Resources to manage and address employee‐related matters.
* Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders and participate in regular in‐field assessments.
* Manage safety initiatives, client escalations, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
* Previous experience managing a large team within the community/aged‐care industry.
* Demonstrated people‐leadership experience with the ability to have difficult conversations.
* High‐level interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
* Excellent time‐management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Strong passion for compliance and achieving customer satisfaction.
* Strong focus on safety first and stakeholder engagement.
* Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in leadership, training, and assessment are desirable.
Benefits
This is a full‐time permanent role. Most of your time will be spent on the road with your team, and you may work from home when required. The role is hybrid, involving field work and occasional office hours.
