The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in our beautiful Manuka boutique
Responsibilities will include:
* Providing an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
* Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
* Collectively achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIS
* Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
* Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
* Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
* Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
* Show initiative and be a great team player
What are we looking for?
* Strong experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service environment
* A genuine love and understanding of our brand
* The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
* You will have outstanding communication skills
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* A 'can do', hands on style
* A proven ability to integrate and become a valued team member
* You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
* Availability to work varied hours throughout the week and weekend
* Flexibility to work increased shifts as required (peak periods and covering leave of team members)
