The Senior Contract Category Manager will provide high level, proactive and timely advice, to support the management of the agency's own ICT contracting procurement, contract management and stakeholder engagement activities, including tender preparation, business case development and industry consultation.
To deliver the NT government's enterprise services, the Department of Corporate and Digital Development is structured across 4 service disciplines. These are Corporate Services, Business Support Services, Digital Services and the Office of Digital Government.
The Digital Services portfolio consists of several Divisions that support ICT across the public sector and manage digital systems on behalf of NT Government agencies.
The ICT Services division provides managed ICT Services encompassing ICT hardware, software, network and cyber security services to client agencies under a centralised services model incorporating outsourced providers across a geographically and culturally diverse environment.
Within this, the ABC business Unit provides ICT hardware and software services to client agencies to meet business requirements through a complex set of arrangements both outsourced and internal to government, this includes end user services such as the ICT Service Centre, End User Computing, Network Management, Voice and Telecommunications including internet.
