We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing pharmacy services across acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services.
Key responsibilities include ensuring excellence in client care, evidence-based practice, and service improvement and risk management.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
* Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
* Commitment to evidence-based and patient-centred care
* Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills
