Job Description:
As a Fire Protection Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice, you’ll be trained to install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, in commercial, residential, and industrial settings. Under the guidance of experienced fitters, you will:
* Assist in installing fire sprinkler systems according to project specifications, codes, and standards.
* Inspect, test, and repair sprinkler systems to ensure operational readiness.
* Interpret scope and plans to identify sprinkler locations.
* Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Maintain clean and organized job sites and equipment.
* Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
* Construction experience
* Holding a current and valid white card
* Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy materials, climbing, and working at heights.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
* Willingness to learn, take instruction, and work as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of construction, plumbing, or fire protection work is a plus but not required.
* Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
