**Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive reception services including answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing correspondence
* Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by maintaining accurate records, managing supplies and ordering materials as required
* Support the IT department with hardware maintenance and ensure all equipment is functioning optimally
* Liaise with building management to coordinate facilities maintenance and ensure the overall upkeep of the workspace
* Prepare and set up meeting rooms, events and conferences, ensuring that all necessary materials are available
