Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of our site, including personnel welfare, payroll reconciliations, Pacific Labour Scheme worker mobilisation, and attendance management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, experience in managing people and teams, and excellent administrative skills. You will also need to have a valid driver's licence, be willing to obtain a Police Check, and be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage personnel welfare, including onboarding, probationary checks, and discussions.
* Reconcile payroll, including timesheet management.
* Mobilise Pacific Labour Scheme workers.
* Transport employees to clinics in case of an incident.
* Prepare reports for VEVO checks.
* Manage clients and employees.
* Manage attendance.

Requirements:
* Experience in managing people and teams.
* Administrative/HR/payroll experience is highly desirable.
* Valid driver's licence and vehicle.
