The Position
In the role of Sales Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
Spearhead negotiations, close high-value transactions, and ensure seamless client experiences
Partner with our existing sales team to enhance strategies and strengthen market positioning
Inspire and train junior agents, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Identify emerging opportunities across all market segments to help grow our dominance beyond the middle market
Build lasting client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals through trust, expertise, and exceptional service
Contribute to innovative sales strategies, leveraging market insights and emerging trends to maximize profitability
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Agent will have:
Property Sales Experience - at least 2-3 years of experience in listing and selling properties
Local Market Expertise - In-depth knowledge of market trends, property values, and buyer demographics in the region
Class 1 Real Estate License - Essential requirement for the role
Proven Sales Success - Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-Driven & Results-Focused - Capable of working independently while contributing to a high-performing team
A strong prospector who thrives on building long-term relationships
Outstanding Client Service - Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with buyers and vendors
