About the Role
Provide advanced social work across CALHN specialist team, with caseload, supervision and consultancy.
* Provide clinical caseload and expert practice
* Supervise social work students and work alongside allied health assistants
* Advise teams and support multidisciplinary care
* Lead quality improvement processes and contribute to research
About You
* Social Work degree and AASW full membership
* Strong clinical judgement in complex practice settings
* Skilled in clinician mentoring and team support
* Proven ability in patient centred evidence based care
* Experience in quality improvement and service development
