(Nurse Grade 7) * 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading * 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation * Plus great Salary Packaging options to increase take-home pay * Flexible working arrangements may be available About your opportunity * Lead and support change management activities for ieMR Digital Services across Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS), working closely with clinical and business teams. * Apply a deep understanding of system functions, capabilities and limitations to influence senior stakeholders and advocate for quality, safety and efficiency improvements. * Build strong relationships across THHS and the statewide program to support engagement strategies, system adoption and ongoing digital enhancement. * Act as a visible advocate for ieMR Digital Services, helping to build digital capability and support a culture of continuous improvement.
