About Venue Nation:
At the heart of Live Nation's venues sits Venue Nation Australia, the team shaping how live entertainment is experienced on the ground. As part of Live Nation Australasia, we work across a diverse and growing venue portfolio, focused on innovation, excellence and creating spaces where unforgettable moments happen night after night.
About the role:
Are you someone who thrives on keeping campaigns moving, assets organised and deadlines on track? As Marketing Coordinator QLD/NSW, you'll play a key role in bringing marketing activity to life across some of Australia's most iconic live music venues, including Anita's Theatre, Fortitude Music Hall, The Outpost and The Triffid, helping turn plans into polished, audience-ready marketing across digital and physical channels.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager QLD/NSW, this role plays a hands-on part in delivering venue and event marketing campaigns, maintaining strong relationships with event hirers, and supporting a consistent and compelling marketing presence across each venue. You'll work across a mix of event-led, venue-led and ancillary campaigns, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to help drive attendance, engagement and brand impact.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for live entertainment who enjoys balancing multiple priorities across events, venues and timelines, and is keen to build strong, practical marketing experience within a globally recognised entertainment business. If you think you have what it takes, we'd love to hear from you, please apply with your resume and a cover letter, outlining why you're the perfect fit for this particular role.
What you'll be doing:
· Event campaign coordination: Acting as the primary marketing contact for venue hirers, managing end-to-end event campaigns from announcement through to post-campaign reporting.
· Venue-led marketing: Supporting ancillary and proactive venue campaigns, including memberships, premium experiences, F&B promotions and broader brand initiatives.
· Social & content management: Planning, scheduling and monitoring content across social platforms, coordinating photographers and videographers, and maintaining content calendars and asset libraries.
· Digital & CRM execution: Supporting website updates, paid media briefings and CRM activity using Braze, including segmentation, automated journeys and A/B testing.
· Performance tracking & reporting: Monitoring ticket sales and campaign performance, maintaining tracking spreadsheets and assisting with regular marketing reports.
· Stakeholder collaboration: Working closely with bookings, ticketing, finance, venue operations, designers, agencies and external suppliers to deliver seamless campaigns.
· Budget coordination: Assisting with venue marketing budget tracking and ensuring internal teams are kept up to date on paid marketing activity.
What you'll bring:
· Relevant marketing experience: 2–4 years' experience in a marketing coordination role, ideally within events, venues or live entertainment.
· Multi-channel campaign knowledge: Hands-on experience across social media, CRM/email, digital platforms and paid media.
· Strong organisation skills: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
· Clear communication & copywriting: Confidence creating engaging, on-brand content for digital and physical channels.
