About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate NDIS Support Worker to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide personalised support to NDIS participants in their homes and within the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily living support (personal care, hygiene, meal preparation)
* Assist with community access and social participation
* Support participants with household tasks
* Follow individual care plans and behavioural support strategies
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
* Build positive, respectful relationships with participants and families
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience as an NDIS Support Worker
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related field
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
* Experience with high-needs participants
* Manual handling and medication training
* Knowledge of NDIS standards and reporting

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
