Overview
Tip Top, a division of George Weston Foods (GWF), is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will partner with hiring managers and the P&P; team to attract and onboard top talent across roles nationally. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and focuses on end-to-end recruitment and candidate experience aligned with Tip Top’s values and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Seek, referrals and internal platforms
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviews, reference checks and offer management
- Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate employee files and ensure compliance with background checks
- Promote Tip Top’s employer brand through engaging content and champion Tip Top as an Employer of Choice
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven recruitment experience in-house, on-site, or agency
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
- Resilience, adaptability and a passion for continuous improvement
