Job Description
The Lead Educator will play a vital role in fostering the growth and development of young minds.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement engaging educational programs for children aged 0–5
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Collaborate with educators to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of early education programs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent
* A current Working with Children's Check
* A current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training)
* A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
