* Permanent Part Time Receptionist
* 30 hours per week
* Monday - Friday mornings 7.30am -1.30pm
RMPhysio in Bardon is a vibrant and busy physiotherapy clinic and we are seeking an experienced permanent Part Time Receptionist with excellent people skills to join our dedicated team.
As the first point of contact for our clinic you must be be very well presented with a “can do” attitude and an superior telephone skills. With the ability to multi task in a busy clinic environment you will have the confidence to liaise with a variety of clients including patients, GP's and surgeons. You will be the key person for the smooth running of our reception each morning from 7.30am - 1.30pm.
Medical experience is not necessary, however, 3-5 years experience managing a busy front reception is essential, along with attention to detail and a friendly and professional approach with people. This role will suit a career minded receptionist looking for a long term position.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the daily aspects of a busy reception including
* Greeting patients on arrival & processing patient payments
* Answering phones and booking patient appointments
* Effectively managing clinical diary and patient records
* Administration and support to the clinical team
* Typing correspondance, filing & scanning reports
* General housekeeping ensuring reception & clinic rooms kept tidy
Skills & Experience
* A Minimum of 3 years experience in managing a busy front reception
* Exceptional telephone manner & client service skills
* Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
* High level of attention to detail and writing skills
* Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
