Job Title: Data Center Technician
You will lead a team of technicians providing expert guidance on hardware deployments, diagnostics, and decommissions. Support technician performance by prioritizing tasks and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This opportunity models leadership principles, provides training to technicians, and accelerates career growth. Perform a key role in delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies for online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and Microsoft Azure.
