We are currently seeking experienced full‑time Cleaning Operatives to join our team at Caloundra Shoppingworld on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Cleaning Operatives – Caloundra Shoppingworld
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering daily cleaning services with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Duties will include:
* General cleaning of retail areas, food courts, amenities, and public spaces
* Identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance issues
* Working to daily cleaning schedules independently and in a team
* Supervising the cleaning team one day a week
* Maintaining hygiene standards in high‑traffic zones
What We're Looking For:
* Previous commercial or retail cleaning experience (preferred)
* High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Good communication and time management skills
* Availability to work a Monday to Friday daytime roster
