Role Description
This is a part‐time on‐site role for an Administrative Assistant, based in the Gold Coast. (May suit someone looking for work between school drop offs and pick ups) The Administrative Assistant will perform day‐to‐day tasks including managing administrative duties, providing clerical support, answering and managing phone calls, assisting executives with administrative tasks, and maintaining organized records. The role also involves effective communication and coordination with team members and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.
* Excellent Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette for managing both internal and external interactions.
* Experience in providing Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and multitask in a dynamic on‐site environment.
* Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
