 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Social Media & Content: Develop schedules and analyse engaging posts, manage influencer activity.
 * Web & Digital Distribution: Maintain and optimise hotel microsites OTAs and Google Business listings.
 * CRM & EDMs: Craft and deploy campaigns to promote rooms, events and F&B offerings.
 * Design & Collateral: Create digital and print assets aligned with hotel brand guidelines.
 * Campaign Planning: Collaborate on annual promotional calendars and manage campaign rollouts, including photoshoots.
 * Partnerships & Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maximise visibility and engagement.
 * Ad Hoc Projects: Support loyalty campaigns, new platform rollouts and seasonal promotions.
Requirements:
 * Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications or related field preferred.
 * Experience in digital marketing, social media management and campaign delivery.
 * Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media and CRM platforms.
 * Creative eye for design and brand storytelling, Adobe Creative Suite experience advantageous.
 * Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
 * A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
