Valley Bake & Coffee – Gatton is looking for an energetic, hands‐on Café & Bakery Manager to lead our team and help us deliver the warm, community‐focused experience we're known for. If you love great coffee, fresh food, and creating a welcoming environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
* Oversee daily café and bakery operations
* Lead, train, and motivate a small team
* Manage rosters, stock, ordering, and suppliers
* Maintain high standards of customer service and food presentation
