Join a dynamic team of trainers dedicated to empowering community members with safe driving skills. As a full-time Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering practical, culturally sensitive driver training to new learner drivers.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, including learner drivers and their families.
* Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop personalized learning plans.
* Provide regular progress updates and feedback to clients.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance instructional skills.
The successful candidate will have:
* A current C-Class Driver's Licence (held for at least 5 years).
* National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
* The ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
* Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

* Certificate IV in Transport & Logistics (Driving Instruction), OR Completion of Department of Transport accredited instructor course.

This is a rewarding role offering:
* Enjoy a great salary + super, depending on experience and qualifications + $1.76 per hour zone allowance + $200 per week regional allowance.
* 6 weeks of annual leave + 12 days personal leave.
* Return airfare reimbursement up to $600 per person (up to 4 family members) after 12 months.
