Responsibilities
- Deliver successful Dayforce payroll implementations across the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Configure Dayforce solutions, lead testing processes, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior consultants.
- Identify risks and work with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery.
- Lead client workshops and meetings, gather requirements, and present solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to foster collaboration and trust.
What You'll Need To Succeed
The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented with strong technical and functional understanding of Dayforce HCM. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client experiences.
Your Experience
- Over two years of Dayforce implementation experience with a proven ability to deliver payroll solutions.
- Expertise in business process mapping and modelling to optimize workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Experience leading client workshops and meetings, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
- Recognized as a go-to resource for Payroll support.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent qualified experience.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
