The Role
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team in a full-time position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in their craft.
Responsibilities
- Running your section efficiently during service
- Preparing and plating consistently high-quality food
- Working across breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations including prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Contributing ideas to seasonal menu updates and specials
- Full-time role, working 5 shifts across 7 days (open to variation of hours and shifts for the right person)
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and evenings required on a rotating roster
What We/'re Looking For
- Previous experience as a CDP or a strong Commis ready to step up
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification - desired but not essential)
- A calm, organised approach to service and prep
- Passion for fresh produce, rustic food, and a hands-on kitchen culture
- Reliability, good communication, and a positive team spirit
- Valid working rights for Australia
