Empowered Tuition is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate, energetic Casual Maths Tutor to join our small-group learning space.
This isn’t just tutoring.

This is helping students believe, “I can think mathematically.”
What Makes This Different?
You will be trained in:
* How to explicitly teach mathematical thinking
* How to build deep conceptual understanding (not just procedures)
* How to grow student confidence and resilience

Training is provided directly by a qualified teacher with 20 years of classroom experience and 12 years of school leadership experience.
You won’t be left guessing.
You’ll be supported, mentored, and guided.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Loves working with children
* Is enthusiastic about mathematics
* Values growth mindset and positive language
* Is reliable and organised
* Is willing to learn and be coached
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check
Teaching degree or studying education is highly desirable, but strong maths confidence and the right personality matter most.
