The Team
The Community Forensic Mental Health Team is a multidisciplinary team based in Hobart, Launceston, and Ulverstone. Our team provides high quality mental health care to clients who have come into contact with the criminal justice system. Community Forensic Mental Health also includes the Court Liaison Service and Defendant Health Liaison Service.
The Role
* Provide an efficient high-level reception and administrative support service to CFMHS South
* Undertake administrative and organisational duties associated with the daily activities of the office, including ensuring an efficient flow of information to and from the office and communicating effectively as required with a range of staff and clients.
You will need
* Proven experience in, and understanding of, the provision of administrative support within a contemporary and sensitive office environment.
* Demonstrated ability to proactively apply adaptability and flexibility and work effectively both individually and as a member of a multidisciplinary team to meet deadlines whilst working in an environment subject to work pressure and change.
* Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to effectively monitor and prioritise work in accordance with established policies, processes, and procedures.
Details of appointment
Permanent, full-time day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight* (notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant), commencing as soon as possible.

Salary
$68,854 to $73,947 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Agreement Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025.
