We are currently seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team in Australia.
In this role, you will support the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies for our Rolling Stock portfolio. This will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders across the business to identify and attract top talent.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing sourcing and recruiting plans to meet portfolio requirements
* Providing feedback and recommendations to applicants regarding their strengths and development needs
* Partnering on employer branding initiatives to promote Alstom as an employer of choice
For this role, we are looking for individuals with a tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources, as well as previous experience working in agency or in-house recruitment.
