About the role
Based in Warrnambool, the primary objective of the Customer Support Officer is to provide excellent customer service and IT support to all SWARH Members and Customers. Working as part of a team, the Customer Support Officer will engage with Members and Customers to provide high quality virtual and onsite ICT support across the South West Region whilst meeting overall Service Level Agreement targets.
