KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide systems support to CD (Customer Development) team across our system platforms such as but not limited to; Newspage, TPM (Trade promotional management), PEA (Post Event Analytics), CD Livewire, High Radius, Uniprom and MDM (Master Data Management) related processes. Working to ensure automation remains high by suggesting improvements and ensuring any system issues are resolved. To provide systems support for all end users involved in plan, MDM collect and deductions processes. Master Data Management & Data Governance Maintaining and managing accurate customer and vendor master data for distributors, secondary customers and ice cream customers Master Data Management for customer hierarchy in SAP, and all master data required in CD Livewire and TPM Master data updated and consistent between High Radius, SAP, Uniprom Ensuring data governance in the tool Systems Ownership, Administration & Controls Key user and system admin for all CD systems Monitoring suggested changes through the Change Request process Conducting system testing for any changes or enhancements Manage necessary finance audits for key financial systems maintaining relevant SODs and SOAs within the systems Training, Accreditation & User Support Timely and relevant systems training for ALL Customer Managers & Assistants Lead training on key reporting systems (CD Livewire, Self Service Tool & PEA) within ANZ for CD teams Development of accreditation to ensure user base has understood and applied the training. Accurate training records kept of training provided To provide regular and relevant training and user support for claims process and tools Reporting & Business Partnering Timely and accurate delivery of reporting To provide effective business partnering to the CD, finance and SC (Supply Chain) community, assisting in the planning process and accuracy of forecast Claims Management, Governance & Optimisation Monitoring the auto-match % in HRC and suggesting ways to improve Reviewing / maintaining business rules with CDMs (Customer Development Managers) Driving down the number of exceptions by governing the promotional claim process with CDMs Identifying new enrichment rules to improve success rates within the tool Ensuring the claim aggregation process is working efficiently Systems Implementation & Change Management Delivery OTIF of all new system implementations in Plan, MDM & Collect pillar, including changes or enhancements, including training and change management of CD users WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: SKILLS: Trusted Business Partner - Ability to build relationships with a wide range of cross functional internal & external stakeholders Well‑developed analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, generate insights and recommend practical actions Proven capability in performance management, including holding others accountable for outcomes Experience operating in a changing environment, with the ability to design and embed effective processes Leading and building teams (on and off shore) EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years of experience of Master Data Management, Systems ownership and training, and claims management desirable Previous experience with project management in cross functional roles Previous experience within FMCG, working with Trade Promotion Management systems highly desirable Experience with Salesforce platform advantageous LEADERSHIP: Motivated self starter who requires minimal supervision and excellent time management skills Bias towards action and adaptable to a dynamic / fluid environment Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with other people and teams across multiple functions Keen to learn new systems and gain greater understanding of the FMCG sector Good understanding of IT and non-IT systems WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: A unique mix of global scale & start-up spirit—€8.3bn powerhouse with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
